Anger is a growing epidemic in our country, but it is a problem as old as Cain and Abel. It is an emotion that encourages us to act and say things we would never say or do, and to act quickly, and often irrationally. This lesson considers God's advice to Cain in his moment of anger, as God tried to get Cain to slow down.
